Brewster's Red Ale

A fantastic flagship. An Irish style amber with a caramel-malt sweetness. Named in honor of our favorite brewery dog, Brewster (or Bruce for short).

Pedro 2024 Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

Barrel aged for a year in Woodinville Whiskey barrels & blended with Pedro 2023. Notes of chocolate, bourbon, & a kiss of habanero heat.

Fresh Hop Season! This year we've fresh hopped our annual beer with Amarillo from Crosby Hop Farm in Oregon.

Barley Pop Pale Ale

Lax Daze Haze New England IPA
ABV: 7.1
Super hazy, tropical fruits, with ultra light bitter notes. A great collaboration with Sergio & the Anacortes Lacrosse Club. Thanks for doing most of the work Sergio! It turned out great, Go Seahawks!

Sky Pig IPA

Our Flagship that causes an uproar when it's not on tap! Lightly bitter, pineapple, citrus, with a light haze. An IPA even non-IPA drinkers can get behind.

Bay Day Rye IPA

Fantastically drinkable. Light rye spice, orange,
