​WE'RE FAST-CASUAL

The idea of fast casual was so that no one feels rushed to leave. A place to come, drink beer, eat food, hang out with your friends, play some games, or just hang out & watch TV (or people). We don’t have servers per-se but our staff works with the intention of making sure your needs are met, you’re comfortable, and (more or less) have whatever you want.

Bastion is “divided” into two spaces, I say divided because they’re one in the same, it’s just how you order that’s different. On one side, you’ll see the countertop with the kitchen behind it, this is where you order your food. We have amazing choices that range from brisket dips, brisket & pork sandwiches, burgers, creamy mac & cheese, pit-smoked wings, and some lighter stuff like salads. After you’ve salivated your way through the menu, come up to the counter, we’ll take your order, & give you a number. You can choose to start a tab here that works in the brewery as well or just close out. Find a good spot to sit down & we’ll bring your food out to you when it’s ready.

If its house brewed beer, cider on tap, or wine you’re after, head into the other room where the brewery is located. There we have a wide range of beers, lighter ales & lagers, reds, dark beers, & of course a good selection of IPAs. If you’re undecided, ask the bartender for their opinion or a sample. If you’re really undecided, order a flight of five! We’ll pour your beer & off you go!

If you happen to come on a Tuesday or Thursday, you can actually see the brewers brewing our beers. Jeremy & Lance are always happy to talk to you about anything beer related, what they’re doing, what beer they’re brewing, and everything in between. We love beer here.

We’re family friendly both in the taproom & on the food side, so feel free to bring the family & sit wherever you’d like! We offer kids meals & non-alcoholic beverages.
